Cambodia - Volunteerism

We have a limited number of Placements available in Siem Reap, Cambodia for volunteers who prefer a little more independence during their Placement.

Placements are available in our partner Project that provides food, education, shelter, medicine and a loving home to 65 children in "Orphanage Work and Teaching".  

Placement 

The Placement includes teaching English and maths to children to supplement their primary/secondary school state provided education. No teaching qualifications are required but volunteers should be native English speakers with a desire to help and a capacity to work with children. Duties may include, but are not limited to, teaching, playing with the children and helping with general chores in the Orphanage.

Pre-departure training and sample lesson plans are provided.

Accommodation 

All our volunteers in Siem Reap will stay in Dream Villa Guesthouse or another of similar standard (Bookings permitting).It is a beautiful, family-run modern guesthouse located two minutes from the Tourist quarter of Siem Reap which includes nightlife such as Pub Street, great restaurants in The Alley and a huge market called Psar Chaa.

Dream Villa Guesthouse amenities include Satellite TV, Fridge, Fan (Air-Con available for supplement), Hot Water & Shower, Breakfast & Dinner, Internet Access, Communal living areas, Beautiful garden and a Charming, welcoming family.
